NUTGTWN in Collaboration with Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) organize a 2-day leadership training for the women in the union. The workshop was held in Ibadan, Oyo State on Monday 22nd – Tuesday 23rd August, 2022. The programme was centered on Women as Change Agents in the Workplace.
The President of the Union, Comrade John Adaji during his remarks said the union has been consistent in organizing workshop for women’s training since 2001 and he is very happy and impress that the union is getting the results for that. He stated that though there is still wide difference in women participation in leadership but things are changing gradually and they are getting there. he went further to appreciate the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) for their support over the years.
